My name is Russ and I’m writing to commend JASON MUELLER on the way that he took care of us on Wednesday the 4th of August. Tuesday night our air conditioning unit froze up and stopped working. We’re a GREEN CLUB MEMBER so I called your after-hours service, reported the problem, and asked the young man if Western Hills could get someone out as early as possible in the morning since we were scheduled to leave the first thing Wednesday morning for a family reunion out of town. The office called in the morning and I explained what had happened and requested service ASAP so we could still make our trip. Jason was sent to our house as soon as he completed his first job in Cincinnati.
When he arrived, he asked what was wrong and I explained our problem. He diagnosed the trouble as one of three things and checked the outside unit and found it to be fine. The filter had just been changed so that was not the problem. He said that it would freeze up if the fan wasn’t working and I went to a vent and checked for air flow. We had NO air flow, so he went to the downstairs unit and checked the electrical wiring and determined that the circuit board that controls the system was shot. The local TRANE service center did not have that part so TRANE was contacted, and they said they would have the circuit board to Western Hills on Friday. Jason seemed very honest and trustworthy so we left him the key to the house, and he said he would come back Friday and install the board so we could have air when we got back from our trip. That was very much appreciated, and we left on our trip. He said he would call us when the work was completed and the air was working again.
When the board was installed on Friday the A/C still did not work, Jason called TRANE and found out that it was common for a DC inverter to go out when the board went out so he had the office check at the local TRANE warehouse for that part. Fortunately, they had that part allowing Jason to come back later that day and complete the repairs and get our A/C working, again. Jason did call us and report all that had happened and that we now had A/C.
We could not be happier with Jason and Wester Hills Heating and Air Conditioning. They were all fantastic!
We are also very fond of Glen. He is always thorough and patient and a very kind man. You might need to check his ears as I may have talked them off this last visit. Lol We are getting stir crazy being stuck at home for so long with this Covid crud. Glen doubled as a very knowledgeable technician and company for me this last visit. Please know you are appreciated and let Glen know how much he is also appreciated by his customers.

We received an estimate from Jason. He was fabulous. As part of an additional request, Jason designed a new air filter return for us. Everything looks great. He was very professional.
Two days ago, Lou and Brendon (s/p) installed the new furnace. They could not have been more friendly, professional, and competent.
We have suffered through using HELP for the past six or seven ears. Will only use Western Hills Heating in the future!

Just wanted to let you know the two young men that installed my units were fantastic! They were very courteous and friendly. They had to walk over my grand kids toys and barricades and never complained.
I love my new unit! It is cool and for the first time in years, I do not have a fan going in the living room! My son says its cool upstairs also. I am so excited.
