A Family-Owned Company

Western Hills was started in 1981 in a kitchen in Cincinnati, OH. Incorporated in 1983, owner Dave Brennan worked days and weekends, while attending school at night. The business grew, and in 1988 HVAC services were offered to a larger geographic area, and two years later we started installing geothermal systems. In 2006, we incorporated our sister company, Geothermal Services and our geothermal installations really started to take off. By 2010, Dave was designing and installing loop fields for commercial installations such as Universities, Libraries, and government buildings. We moved to our current location in 2015, tripling our office space, and have become known as the geothermal experts in Harrison, Okeana, OH, and Lawrenceburg, IN.

Since Day 1, we have always done whatever it took to ensure that all of our customers received the personal attention they needed to make the best indoor comfort decisions for themselves and their families.
